This working waterfront is a mixed use property. In addition to the large commercial fishing wharf, Holbrook's has a seasonal store, a seasonal snack bar on the wharf, and an historic house with two rental apartments and a photography gallery. Leases and rental income cover the costs of managing the property, so HCF operations are financially self-sufficient.
